 + -1 moreWorking with Glen was great - there are so many moving parts in a project this large and not only did it all go smoothly, but he really manages the subcontractors well. Whenever i had a problem with the way something was being done, Glen was easy to reach and helped figure out a solution. All in all, I was very pleased with Glenmar and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Totally coordinated the reconstruction of my house, including removing 2nd floor and adding new 2nd floor plus a new 3rd floor. Also remodeled all baths and kitchen on first floor. His price wasn't the lowest but it was accurate, and the job was done well, and on time. I think his price was fair and there were no upcharges which made me more comfortable.
