The owner of Q’s Moving, as well as his staff, have done such a wonderful job following up since the incident by reaching out and offering us a wonderful compensation for our loss, despite having no legal obligation to do so. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their concern to do the right thing. I call that a) INTEGRITY and b) STANDING BEHIND THEIR WORK.
