Parcel shipping such as UPS and FedEx is best for smaller items since there are size limits, and you’ll have to drop the boxes off at a local branch.

It depends on your lease with the mobile home park. Most parks ask residents to provide written notice 30 days before moving. Consult your current mobile park for specific move-out details before moving.

It’s best to schedule a moving pod two months before your moving date. This should give you enough time to secure the correct size and number of moving pods you need. It’s often possible to book moving pods on shorter notice, even within one week, but there’s a higher risk of local pods already being taken, especially if you’re moving during the summer or on a holiday or weekend.

Unscrew and remove furniture legs if possible. If it’s not possible, then run the straps parallel on the inner side of the furniture legs. Never put your straps on the outer side of legs where they can easily slip off.
