The Moving Doctor just completed a clean out of an estate apartment for me. They were beyond professional! They were timely, efficient, meticulous, and got the job done quickly! I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

Flawless! The team showed up right on time, went above and beyond, not a single thing broke. They even provided furniture location suggestions. A truly great experience. Highly recommend.

They estimated the job to be 2 days at approximately 5400. This price included a piano, pool table, dining room set with 8 chairs and sideboard which ultimately did not need to be moved as my buyer decided to buy them. More importantly, I had a large granite etching on the wall that they assured me would be no problem to move. The move took 4 days, not 2, and was &3000 over the estimate. We got them to take $1000 less but that went towards moving the granite. Even though they said they could move it, they declined at the last minute and I had to find an art mover for 1100. Additionally, as I unpack I find more breakage and damage. The men on the job were nice and worked hard. I tipped generously and bought lunch every day However, I would never use them again or recommend them.

What a great moving company. As professional as it gets. To start with the internal staff was unbelievable. I spoke with a few people along the way, however, Israel stands out. Very understanding, always approachable, never felt like I was calling too much. Most important, they were always up front and honest. Next, the moving team was unbelievable On time, probably a few miinutes early, They were so careful, never felt rushed, In fact, when they were finished and it took them hours on a hot day, they helped me pack my car I've never written an endorsement, thought others shopping for a moving company should hear this. They really cared. THANKS GUYS for making my life so much easier. One less thing to worry about.

They were responsive and careful about moving things. They were excellent.

They gave us an estimate before coming to do the work, which we were happy with. When they came to do the work, the estimate was doubled. We resented the fact that the owner inferred that we were one of those people that had added things to our original estimate. In fact, it was the opposite. We had given away and/or removed several large items from the list that we thought would lower the original estimate. He worked with us to lower the price, but it was still quite a bit above the original estimate. The owner that gave the original estimate has been in the business for about 17 years. We felt manipulated in that he possibly gave us the low estimate to help him get the job. The actual workers that came to do the moving were great. I have no complaints about their work but I would not recommend them due to the error in the pricing estimate.

They arrived on time, did the job well and efficiently.

They were the cheapest, no breakage, all good. The guy that ended the quote was like courteous, he was really good, they were ahead of schedule, between the date that they said, the earliest time. I recommend them.

They were on time and were very professional.  They took great care with my breakables and pictures.  They really packed up my glass items and furniture.  I haven't moved in 15 years and the stuff I had accumulated showed that.  They never complained or stood around doing nothing.   Most of my stuff is in their storage facility and I feel very comfortable having everything with them.  I will use them again and tell my friends to use them as well.

These guys were awesome.  We had Nick as the foreman.  They were punctual, neat, polite and got the job done in exactly the amount of hours stated.  Their estimate came in at $400 less than the next closest we had gotten.  We were also quoted for 8 hrs. and everyone else quoted us for 9.5 hrs.  They charged $25 less per hour overtime than all the other estimates we had gotten.  Even if we went overtime we would have still been in lower than competitors.  Nothing was damaged, and they had to also more our very heavy furniture up 2 flights of stairs.  They did a great job.

UPDATE: I would like to update the previous review I submitted. We thought everything went great until a few days ago. We had found two areas on the walls with hand prints containing blood. Thinking one of the guys cut himself did not think too much of it. The other day my husband went to move our sofa and low and behold one of the legs was splintered totally off. I understand things can happen but what really annoyed us was that they obviously tried to hide it. What they did was just sit the sofa on top of the leg and basically act like nothing happened.

We had a small office move.  An estimate was given over the phone by a very pleasant representative. We chose them because of the Angie's list reviews and the fact that they had a good rating with the BBB.   The movers showed up on time, were very careful with our furniture and completed the job quickly.  As far as pricing was concerned, they were only slightly lower than another estimate but since the move took only a couple of hours we paid a minimum charge anyway; this is standard for the industry.

Several large pieces of furniture were moved locally from a storage facility to my home.  The workers were timely, professional, and friendly.  I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

They were partially good and partially not so good. It was a four stop move. My parents home was damaged in the hurricane and it was a house they lived in for fifty years. They came out and did two estimates and itemized everything and the prices came in almost double what they had estimated. They did work with us a tiny bit but that was a big negative. Other than that, they worked with us in a timely manner and they did put a lot of extra people on at short notice and they did work in harsh conditions. The team that was working with us was very nice. But their price was horrendous. They did pack the stuff nicely and there was very little breakage but boxes were all mixed up by the time they got here. A lot of things that were supposed to be delivered to the other place ended up in my house. I don't think anything got lost but we are still unpacking. They did give us a month of free storage. It is unfortunate because I thought they did a nice job in the house and it was a tough situation. But with the prices and the mix-up of the boxes, I would have to say they were average.

It went very well. They were late getting to the apartment but called to tell me they were stuck in traffic which was definitelyunderstandable.  I understand they were very helpful to my daughter and did a good job.  Again, they were late getting tomy home but once more there is always traffic during the week.  This delay did cost me extra money.  However, they werevery professional, pleasant and did a very good job.  The furniture was all well-protected and handled with care.  I woulddefinitely use them again.

The service was excellent.  They were on time as they promised and the employees were very courteous and efficient with their work.  We had 186 cartons to move and nothing was damaged.

It was favorable. They came & dropped up free boxes, which was convenient. It was a stressful move and they made it much less. They showed up on time and moved quickly in the time frame I had available.
