My experience with Sean Haentges and Greenleaf Landscape Services included poor service, no-shows, and empty guarantees. After a month of irregular service (not weather-related) and a no-show on a day he promised service for our daughter wedding, Mr. Haentges agreed to cancel the contract and promised a refund. To date, Mr. Haentges has failed to send a refund.

Excellent job

I had considerable tree and bushes damage as a result of the Christmas blizzard. Upon contacting Greenleaf, they came out the next day and inventoried the damage. I had to have 16 Arborvitaes, 4 Junipers and 1 evergreen tree removed. I was given a reasonable price and I told them to go ahead with the work. The next day the crew arrived and completely removed all the damaged trees and shrubs. I much appreciated their use of plastic underlayment for the track vehicle used. The lawn in the back yard was extremely wet and using the plastic underlayment prevented severe damage to the bluegrass lawn. I asked for a quotation to provide and plant new trees and shrubs. A written quotation was provided within a few minutes. Once again I found the quotation to be reasonable and accepted it. The work will be scheduled in the Spring.

They prefer sameday cash transactions.

They came out on the same day when no one else would. Fast, efficient and affordable service. Friendly team, would not hesitate to hire again.

I Greenleaf was able to remove snow after our hired contractor did half the drive leaving us unable to get to the garage. I can't recommend them enough. J sm sl grateful to Greenleaf and thank them again and again. for the excellent service.

Greenleaf showed up on site when we called and was very helpful with any work requested that needed to be completed. Request a certain ime for greenleaf crews to come back and the company happily complied. Crews were knowledgeable on how to complete jobs and were also pleasent in answering any questions that knowledge was needed to be explained in.
