Extra charge for cleaning inside the fridge, oven, fireplace, cabinets and washing windows and steam / shampoo carpet cleaning with truck mount for those with regular cleaning scheduled. "Made an appointment with this client in a one hour window to show up. She was already calling saying that I was late like 15 min into the window. I wasn’t. This was explained to her when we first spoke because of traffic and other appointments before her this is why there is a time window to arrive. She called and was really mad with a angry tone saying that I was late and she was going to write a bad review I asked her nicely to please let me come on time! I tried to offer another appointment Incase she didn’t have time but she denied any apology..."

"hi [Member Name Removed] this is jackelyns maids services. i know you purchased a deal on january 2nd i responded your email on that day trying to conver your appointment in january on the first or second week of january on a saturday. because you requested for a saturday, and you responded back holding the service until february. and you would contact me. you contacted me again on april 1st saying you wanted service on april 8th. after business hours. i didn't respond to any messages after hours. i already talked to you over the phone. on april 3rd and said that if you could give me a chance to work on my sketch because you were looking for a specific time on saturday. april 8th at 1:00. i said i'd get back to you on wednesday. today is wednesday. you didn't give me a chance to contact you. i'm sorry for the timing inconvienence but you requested a specific day and time in a short period to work around my other previous appointments. i'll be contacting you today during business hours today april 5th regarding your service appointment. thank you"
"hi this is jackelyns maids services. we did contact you several times by email because the only option you provided was email you did not provide additional information like your phone number. i know you requested 3 days for house cleaning dec 5, dec 7, and dec 9. finally on dec 7th on the third email i sent to you to ask to confirm your appointment around 2-4 you responded back and cancelled the appointment last minute around 12:30. from then i haven't heard back from you. if in the future you want to contact us to make an appointment with your purchase. for me i would be happy to help and set up an appointment. thank you"
