I first requested Brite WHITE service during Covid. They were able to sanitize the air in the building since people came in and out to conduct their radio show. Then, I hired them to clean the carpets - they did such a great job, and even cleaned/organize each work area. So, I requested a home cleaning as well. Each service was fast, and the outcome was truly amazing. The floors looked new, and the work areas were organized neatly. Very professional staff.

I originally contacted these guys in January for a cleaning in February but never heard from them after our phone conversation. I contacted them again in March to schedule a deep cleaning in April and eventually received a confirmation email When the day of cleaning came, the cleaners showed up about 30 mins late. I explained everything I needed done with Keya on the phone and she made me aware of the things that would get done so I expected everything to be smooth sailing. I mentioned that I had done a majority of the cleaning myself since my home fell victim to squatters and burglarization while I was gone. I really needed this cleaning for reassurance and closer attention to detail. That's not what I got. Areas that were supposed to be clean; under and behind the stove & fridge, ceiling fans, light switches, and cobwebs that are hanging from the ceilings were not touched. For all that I had done I relied on these folks to add that extra touch and that's NOT what I got!

Everything went great. The cleaning crew arrived on time, they were attentive to my needs. They left our daycare clean, disinfected and smelling awesome. The clean smell lasted for several weeks after.

They skipped cleaning the hallway and did zero deep cleaning on corners and baseboards in kitchen which I paid extra for. I sent pictures and was supposed to receive a partial credit but its been 2 weeks and my last 2 emails were ignored. I didn't inspect thoroughly that day because they were there 3 hours and I just wanted them to go already. I wasn't going to give a review but since I paid $200 and am now getting ignored I feel I must warn others.

Lea and her staff did an outstanding job cleaning my house. I have two cats and a dog. It is shedding season. Because of my father’s death I had been out of town for two weeks and there was a lot of animal hair. I don’t ask my pet-house sitter to clean. Lea made sure there was not one hair left in my spotless house. Excellent service. In addition she is punctual, well organized and very personable and professional. Highly recommended! Very fine job! Team of 4 arrived on time ready for work. Beautiful job shampooing rugs, and upholstery and deep cleaning whole home. Prepared for Covid-19 precautions. We were very happy with the results.

Kia and her team were great. They called to give me an estimate on line, scheduled my appointment and sent me text reminders to let me know when they were on their way. They were punctual, friendly, competent and did a great job. I signed on for bimonthly cleaning and they even gave me a discount for doing that! I was so worried when my cleaning girl of over 6 years had to stop due to covid, but Kia has made me feel really good and well taken care of.

They came on the day of the appointment they worked with real energy. The job was done correctly and the price was right.

Some areas were not cleaned

The Service was amazing! They showed up on time, and got straight to cleaning the building. I have never seen the building as clean as it was after Brite White left. They even organized our break room. The window were very clean ! Once done they left us with a certificate so they we can let our clients know of the sanitation received. I already book another appointment!
