The service provider was on time and very professional. At the last minute I decided to have the area rugs cleaned in our house. The service provider was very accommodating and did an excellent job on everything.

We had a late afternoon appointment. As it turned out, they had a cancellation and I was free, too. They came right when they said they would.
I had a team of two men, both appropriately in uniform shirts. They were very professional. One of them went room to room with me and discussed the appropriate options for each room. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me; in fact they were very honest about which rooms would benefit from deodorization and carpet protection. For that matter, they told me up front which stains were likely to come out, and which they doubted would come out. The cleaning was efficient and orderly; I didn't feel like I had to snoop to manage the team.
In the end, the job was completed in time, and the whole house shined as a result. This is our second experience with them, and we will certainly use them again when we sell another family property in a few months.

I would recommend them. I will be using them again. They are punctual. Their service agents are very personable. She runs a lot of specials and that is what I like. They are local and they are independent. I like to use as many independent people I can. What I like is that they don't say this room is big and they give an estimate upfront. They really want to work with me and they want my business and they do whatever it takes to do it.

It was a little expensive.

I like their professionalism, they always have the same people that are very committed to what they do. They have people that know what they are doing. They take away our oriental rugs and clean them offsite as well.
