As her boys grew older, Rosemary decided that there were many other working families out there that valued a clean house like she did but just couldn’t find the time or energy to keep it up. So, she began offering her exceptional knack for cleanliness as a house cleaning service and Made Clean was born. She started off cleaning several houses a week but quickly developed a reputation that increased her business on its own. Without any form of advertising, Rosemary was able to grow her business simply by word of mouth. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service left every customer satisfied. Rosemary and her husband John pride themselves as being the owners of a small family owned business and enjoy getting to know their customers and their specific needs. As the business has expanded, Rosemary has carefully hired her employees that work alongside her, all of whom share the same family values. After a month of irregular service (not weather-related) and a no-show on a day he promised service for our daughter wedding, Mr. Haentges agreed to cancel the contract and promised a refund. In regard to the flat roof repair - it was done in one day and seems to be done well, we had thought that the soffit underside of the flat roof would be included for the price. Apparently Roofologists does not do soffit. I have to assume that having two men on the job and today?s market is why it was so costly. I take ownership for not having a complete understanding of what was included, but it was disappointing to learn that I need to find someone else to finish the aesthetics of my small flat roof over my front door. "
