He took his time and was the first to tell me that because of the type of gutters I had replacement would have cost a fortune. He offered me a cheaper solution. The gutters had holes in spots but otherwise were sound. They ended up doing the equivalent of autobody work (rust inhibitor and patching) and that was all I needed.. the downspouts were replaced as requested. they were terrific"

"Storm Roofing Tom and his crew are awesome. They came out at a moment's notice even though all roofers were furiously backed up because of the storm. They tarp-sealed the open areas because rain and snow were forecast for the next few days. They coordinated with the insurance people on visits so I didn't have to play phone messenger. They replaced the entire side of the roof, matching the existing pattern. Tom was a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. He was super responsive, always answering our calls. Completely knowledgeable and informative about roofing issues, told us about why the damage happened and pointed out deficiencies in the previous roofing job. He met here with the insurance inspector on site, and made several recommendations. Once the insurance paperwork was finalized, Storm Roofing were out immediately and had the entire job done, including several new roofing boards, in one day.
