"Work started incredibly late. Most work was done as agreed upon. Contractor provided a few incentives on the building for being behind schedule. However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."

I had several quotes from contractors but John was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but the attention to detail, the product that was delivered as well as communication was exactly what I wanted. Donnie who was the foreman on the job was also very nice to work with. Once the siding and roof was complete the crew did a complete clean up and it was like they were never here! "Maria and her team were very professional and courteous. They worked well together and hardly ever took breaks. This team hand brushed the entire house and it looks great. Clean-up was well done too. Maria was one of the only painters in the area that was willing to work us into her very busy schedule. She knew we had a very strict timeline and the job had to be finished quickly (we had renters arriving). Despite all the rain we had last week and an unfortunate personal issue, they got the job done just in time. I'm grateful for Maria and her team and their diligence. "Same dsy service for December gutter cleaning. Mike (?) was great and did a wonderful job, only downside is that I felt they were kind of pricy but I have been using a local guy who is currently injured so I went elsewhere and maybe Im not aware of todayâ s prices."

"They did exactly what they promised, but they were really not a pleasure to work with. They came out. They didn't make it out for about three days. They solved the problem, but I can't say it was pleasant. They did what they did, but I wouldn't hire them again. He called me on a Wednesday, but he didn't make it out to the house until like Saturday. He just talked non-stop and he was kind of frustrating to work with. He fixed the problem in about two hours, but was not pleasant to work with. They did the job for no additional cost. There was some difficulty scheduling."
