Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I scheduled two estimates the week before. Alex was the only one who showed up. We were surprised at how low his estimate was, and perhaps he did underestimate the time it would take to clear out the house, basement, attic and garage. The next week he arrived on schedule with two workers, one who began hauling junk out of the basement (a lot, by the way, that had been there when my parents moved in) and the other who began dustin cobwebs from the ceilings and sorting out small trash. he opted to haul stuff with his trailer, rather than using a dumpster, which resulted in a longer tie frame. He had to return the next day to finish. And that he did, and was true to his estimate.
