Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. He listened to my concerns and was able to stop by and evaluate the issues with several hours. 3. He was prompt and accurate in his description of the issue, what parts on under warranty, how long for the parts, and the cost. 4. Knowing this was a rental property, he also advised of things seen and that may need to be addressed and once again confirmed that I really wanted to spend the money to fix the issue. 5. His time from evaluation to repair was less than expected, and once fully disassembled, he found he could perform the fix for less than expected - and he did not try to play games, he advised me of the change and the lower charge. I hire and work with a lot of contractors, repair people, etc. both for my business and my job. I can tell you I am shouting this company's work ethic high and wide. "
