American Waterworks Irrigation

Al and his crews have serviced my system numerous times during the past 7 years. Any complaints are minor and usually corrected promptly. Pricing is competitive. It seems unfair to American Irrigation that with 7 positive reviews that their overall grade is noted as an F.

It was wonderful working with Al and his crew. Which was a WELCOME change to from my previous irrigation company that had originally installed the system 2 year prior, but were awful. Al and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly. I needed significant repair to a third of my system because I had an I ground pool installed. If they had to move a piece of landscaping (ex. A bush)they replanted it with no problems or mess. The entire system was repaired and they even found a leak in a different area and patched that as well. There were no extra charges or problems. They did everything they were contracted for (and a little more), I have used them since to fix another problem in the line when I had some drainage installed later I the summer 2013, as well as had them close down the water system for the year. I have had no problems, they are always on time and vey reasonably priced. I plan to use them again this year.

Great! Previously, he repaired our sprinkler heads and lines that were winterized by another company and were broken when we turned them on in the spring. I called on a Saturday but decided not to leave a massage and call again on Monday. He called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled my service. He knows his business and does excellent work!

Al was very nice and professional. He came to check my existing irrigation system. I had recently put in a pool and the system in the back yard was a mess. He came and worked on Memorial Day so he could get the job done by the time he quoted! he had a lot more work then he originally anticipated as the original system the Huron Sprinklers installed was seriously flawed. However he did not increase his price and my bill was EXACTLY the same as his original quote. I subsequently had a drain put in the yard and thought that part of the system he repaired was leaking. Al came right out to check and repair the pipe even though it was the drainage repair man who damaged the line.

I’ve used them for about ten years.   They were recommended to us and they do a good job.

Our sprinkler system was already in when we moved here and I think they were the ones who were maintaining it at that time.  I have never had any problems with them and they are very reliable.  Their pricing was perfectly acceptable as far as I can remember.  It doesn’t seem exorbitant at all.  They will be here again this month.
