DELO DRAIN & SEPTIC SERVICE

Work was performed Tuesday morning, 1/5/21, by this company and we were told it was fixed after we paid in full via check for a $443.75 cost. Problem returned Thursday, 1/7/21. Upon calling this company to report this problem returning, Bob (owner) cursed me out with profanities and hung up. So shook up on Thursday, I reported him to the East Aurora Police. I'm suing this company thru Small Claims Court. It was fixed on Friday ,1/8/21, by another company called Day and Night Plumbing Company, problem explained and resolved for $245.00.

There was a mixup in scheduling but that happens, no problem there By the time I got out of the house to greet the driver he was backing onto our lawn into the backyard. When he was done he said “I hope you don’t mind that I backed o to your lawn but that’s the only way to get it done when we are In a hurry.” Didn’t really notice the big ruts in the lawn h tim after he left. If they are in such a hurry then they can go do their other jobs and let me know. I’d be glad to call another company next time Mark

Spoke to the owner and explained what was going on. Had a truck out here the next day. The technician Roger was great. Answered all my questions and gave recommendations on how to prolong the life of my system. Top class company and employee. Highly recommend Delo for your septic needs.

Professional, replaced soil and did not leave any mud or septic contents. They did not have to pump tank.

I had a GREAT experience. I acquired a family members property that had a Septic system and I wasnt sure when it was last cleaned out. They were VERY professional, nice and answered every question I had and explained everything well. Very personable person and I would recommend again.

They showed up on time even though it was raining and nasty outside. He assessed our problem and spent a couple of hours fixing it. They were ver polite and professional. We will definiately use them again and have since recommended them to 2 of our friends.

I called with my water backing up into the house, they knew on the phone what the problem might be with the septic system, the owner felt it was plugged whereas I thought it need to be pumped out. He was right, the truck arrived within a few hours and had the plugged drain free and clear. They explained that the tank did not need to be pumped out. I appreicated the honesty about the system and he explained tricks to keep it working properly.

The overall experience was okay. The person I dealt with was professional and he was congenial. It took him and his helper a little bit of time to get started. Once the found the problem they fixed it pretty quickly. He explained to me what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again.

I called first thing Monday AM with a septic problem. They came out before lunch, fixed the immediate problem so that we could use toilets, washer, etc. Then came out in the afternoon to finalize the job. Both times they were on time. The people they sent were nice, friendly and took the time to explain the problem and their solution. Would hire again.

Delo Drain used backhoe and dug a 10 ft hole. They replaced the distribution box and hydro pressure cleaning of drains. Delo then filled in the hole. They offered to replace the grass.
