"First off I live in Queens not Long Island..I got Metro Home Improvements number from someone who used them.. I called Romeo to set up an appointment for an estimate. Not only did he return my call within 15 minutes...he was at my house in Queens within 2 hours...now anyone who would do that gets high a mark from me. Over the years dealing with contractors none had ever responded that quickly...I hired them and I did not regret it. Romeo may have regretted the quote he gave me. My deck isn't big but does have quite a few angles involved and two sets of stairs.. They ripped out the old deck I had for 23 years and reinforced the base structure and started installing the new composite decking on day one ...day two job was completed. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
