Do not trust this company. I believe they are frauds hiding in plain sight. Nightmare ongoing since August 2019 and its owner Vinny (Precision builders of LI] Andrew & Frank who feels Entitled AND not want to finish my job only to offer “credits” that is not enough to finish. Over $500,000 and NOW approaching 2 YEARS, STILL NOT DONE. Why does he feel this is ok? Just to take my money and not provide the service. PB Li left us with incomplete work. 1. The contract says “ Paint the entire 2nd floor”, Vinny (Precision builders of LI] comes to me and says that does not include the trim and doors – in spite of having seen the scope of work many, many, many times. 2. Plenty of unexpected extras and then charge you for their mistakes. 3. Incomplete plumbing work 4. Lack of or no communication 5. Hit you up for extras not discussed prior and outdated 7. blame, blame and more blame - they blame the building inspector, blame the homeowner – no ownership. 9. Over 30k paid in electric and breakers keeps tripping. 10. Over 30k paid in heating & cooling and working properly – promised a 2nd AC guy, no one ever came, then tried to blame us for that as well. Been over 6 months now. 11. Paid money then have to wait 2-4 weeks before the next part of the job gets started. 12. Live electric hanging on the ground, very sloppy and dangerous – Have video recording sent to Vinny, acts like it's nothing. 13. This company has no accountability and they have the nerve to ask me to remove any negative feedbacks – 14. Spoke to Frank and Andrew numerous times and they pretty much pass the buck back to Vinny. 15. Also received an email from the company asking me to remove feedback . Similar to other reviews, the Subs are complaining that PB LI, owes them money and they cannot come to my job until they get paid or they can put a lien on my home. Haha, what a joke, but I suspect a stupid "outdated mafia tatics" - probably thinks some of us are stupid enough and just pay them. – Escalated to the Nassau County Consumer Affairs and Local building dept. Unprofessional and Dangerous.

Full kitchen remodel, experts from start to finish, will definitely use them again for my next remodel project.

They have impeccable taste and you would have to be crazy to rate them less than 5 stars! It took a while to update and get everything ready with our home, but it was well worth the wait!

Precision Builders of Long Island Inc did a great job remodeling my master bathroom within the budget I had set at the end of 2019. They kept my preferences and style in mind and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Their entire staff is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again.

Precision Builders Of Long Island are friendly, affordable, and honest to help you get your projects done. They have almost remodel my whole house; remodeling they have done is all 3 of our bedrooms, floors, 2 bathrooms, and patio.

Great builders easy to work with. Costs are reasonable considering quality they provide. I'm very happy with the finished product and we have one of the nicest houses on our road. My wife also loves the home as well and i would highly recommend them to friends and family as well.

Precision Builders of Long Island did a complete remodel of our master bathroom taking it down to slab and studs! It is beautiful. Everyone associated with this company is so skilled, professional, hard working, down to earth and friendly. They were there on time every single day and left the work area straightened.

Great to work with for our bath/shower renovation. When I had questions, he got back to me in a timely manner. He was especially patient with me during the planning phases of my project. He listened to my needs & wants, and offered some suggestions of his own. When it was time for the work to be done, they were on time. They cleaned up the work thoroughly every day and kept a neat job site. His price was very competitive and the work was top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

My family hired Precision Builders last year to add a second story to our home in Rockville Centre and renovate the exterior. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and decided to leave a review. When we first called Precision to get an estimate for the project, a young man named Andrew showed up to our house. He knew exactly what he was talking about and assisted us with design work and recommendations. The project was a 3 month project and finished up right before the winter began. Frank and Jimmy assisted with the management of our project and were easy to get a hold of through the office or their cell phones. We elected to work with Precision because the pricing was fair, they had a lot of references and were recommended from a couple who just had their home remodeled in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have similar work done on your home. Thank you Precision and the team!

I had a great experience using their services. My friend recommended me their services and I am very glad with the outcome. Our home now is big, clean and has a open floor plan. The kitchen and great room turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The bathrooms spaces now make sense. Everything is organized. I feel like we used every square feet of this house to the best of our ability. The entire process of framing and foundation was fast. Andrew was always easy to get a hold of. He even offered a few suggestions which we appreciated so much. Since he does have more experience and knowledge with these things. Their prices were fairly reasonable. We got cheaper bids but I felt more comfortable with Precision Builders. Great work to say the least. Outstanding experience and again I say I highly recommend using their services.

We had a small kitchen remodeling job - enclosing the refrigerator, changing the cabinet above it, and replacing some damaged drawer fronts. Everyone was great to work with, the installation looks very nice, so it was a worthwhile project.

Precision Builders was the contractor on the kitchen renovation I just completed. The old cabinets and appliances were removed in record time and the installation of the new cabinets and appliances went flawlessly, The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and careful of not damaging any of the walls etc.They also left the premises extremely clean each day. I whole heartedly recommend the company. Amazing company overall A+
