He was punctual, as neat as one could expect, explained the entire process, including the order in which the jobs would be completed, how long the carpets/rug would take to dry and then some! His price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again. The next day, I realized I should have had him clean some upholstered furniture pieces while he was here, but I will call him another time for that service."
