Custome built large deck done on time with exceptional quality. Also a pleasure to work with and done at a reasonable price. Will use them again for other projects we intent to do in the future.

I have used Dominick and his team for multiple projects over the past few years and they never disappoint. His team is friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the job done. Most recently Hope CB helped me remodel a rental home that was very outdated. Dominick came in assessed the project and the next day got to work. After the project was completed I showed my friends and family the finished product and they were even more impressed than me. Hope CB is a great company and what I love the most is that Dominick ensures we are happy, even post project, which is rare among contractors.

The bluestone slabs he chose for me had some type of circular stains that he said would eventually lift. Dominick said it would take about 2 weeks maybe longer so I told Dominick I would like to wait the 2 weeks before we move forward and he agreed. When the 2 weeks were up some of the stains lifted and other did not and now I see a dark brown stain by the rail, the grout coming out which are now making the bluestone slab loose. I emailed Dominick to come take a look at it. We made an appt. and he never showed. I made another appt and he didn't show. Ugh! My male friend intervened and was able to speak to Dominick and a few days later a team came to fix the bluestones and add a rail going down the steps. But once again the grout came out, the tiles are loose and nothing was done about the remaining stains. Oh and when I finally got the brackets that finishes the look of the rails a couple were broken and a few never added. Geez! But the most important item I needed done was the gate for my dogs and it wasn't. This gate should have been placed back in July 2021 and it is now 11/29/21 and nothing. Dominick left me hanging. He shows no concern. Why should he? He got paid in full! I also had Dominick add an egress window to my home and his team completely ruined my grass, it is now mostly dirt and my friend had to powerwash my pavers from all the grout they left on it. So now I have to hire 3 separate Contractors to get a quote to have them fix all of Dominck's sloppy and incomplete work and then file a lawsuit. I paid Dominick in full prior to the work being completed because I trusted him since he did such a great job on my pool deck....HUGE MISTAKE!!! I am a 64 y/o women and he took complete advantage of me. Please everyone save yourself the headache and do not hire Dominick of Hope Custom Builders and NEVER EVER PAY FOR A JOB IN FULL until the work is completed...no matter how much you trust them.

Dominick and his crew did an amazing job on our basement remodel. They arrived on time and were all very professional and courteous. Dominick was very accessible and answered our questions quickly. He does what needs to be done to get the job done and stands behind his work. A pleasure to deal with and would recommend to others.

Hope custom builders went above and beyond. These guys are the real deal. From the estimate to the finished product a completely smooth process. Really gave me piece of mind. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

Owner/Dominick was unprofessional and job was beyond substandard. Did not stand by his work, and clearly does not know how to conduct himself as a business owner or gentleman. Go elsewhere! Edit: The "F" given was what your substandard work ethic and unprofessional behavior deserves. The BBB did not find in your favor, they found that you were unwilling to complete the work to my satisfaction. Dominick is unprofessional, aggressive, and a despicable human being. This review is what you deserve!

They were very fast, neat and made sure the work was done perfectly. They were accomodating to any suggestions we had. Apart from the deck, they were also installed a ladder to our attic. Would recommend to anyone with house repairs.

Dominick and Hope Custom Builders did an exceptionally good job on our kitchen renovation. The entire crew showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Finished results are immaculate and we’re already hired Dominick and Hope Custom Builders for our next project.

Dominick and his team were great!! Delivered as promised!! The deck was done in 4 days within the beginning of the project.. the price was great and I would recommend him again and again!! Thank you for giving me an addition to my home, so I can enjoy my backyard for years to come!!

He took a deposit oct. 8 . By early November had still not started. I chose to cancel the job. He has still not returned my money.

The end result is beautiful. Dominic was easy to talk to and accessible in the building. However, the process was delayed by 2 months and I couldn't reach him for several weeks. Dominic didn't return as promised after final payment to finish up on details.

We got several estimates, including one from this company. After discussion, we decided that they best fit our needs and we were not disappointed. Dominick, the owner, asked for a minimal deposit and said that work would start ASAP and take about a week. Well, they were here the next day, removed the items we had on the deck and in one day had removed the old deck. Within 5 days, they were done AND THE DECK IS GREAT.!! They removed the entire old deck, reframed and installed treated lumber for the surface and installed a new vinyl railing and posts. And clean? The entire crew, Mike, Pete, George were neat as pins. They cleaned up the debris and other than having a new deck in place, one can not even tell they were here. The crew and the owner, Dominick were an absolute pleasure to work with. We asked for a couple of changes while work was in progress and they did them as soon as we asked. If you are in need of ANY construction project, THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL! Were calling them back in the spring renovate an old bathroom. Great work, guys. Thank you.

The project is going very well. I also hired him for another project to be completed. Would recommend him to anyone and in the future if I need more work I would rehire the company again.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Dominick Lacitignola and his crew. Although this was small job, he was happy to take on the project. His crew was hard working, efficient, and clean. They stayed late to finish and were polite and conscientious throughout the process. My bathroom looks beautiful and I am very happy with the quality of the work. I would definately use Hope Custom Builders again and again.

The work was performed in a timely manner with only a few small glitches as will happen with most any major remodel to an older home. They went over and above to make sure that we were happy with the final product and came up with helpful suggestions during the process. Over-all we were very happy with the outcome and feel that we dealt with an honest company. We've received many compliments on our kitchen and feel that it has added significant value to the home.

Most professional group of workers I have ever dealt with for my home construction! From beginning to end.. quick estimate which beat every price I was quoted previously.. arrived 5 min early each day that was promised and did non stop until tasks were completed.. clean up each day was to how they began the day.. finished the rooms that needed reconstruction within time frame promised.. the owner was courteous and a pleasure to deal with when going over the details of the project.. I have recommended these guys to my family and friends even prior to them completing.. i am going to use them again and again

Dominick was efficient, affordable and clean, most of all he was pleasant to work with. We will certainly be hiring Hope Custom Builders for our future home improvements.

The work went smoothly. The men operated in a respectable manner and were very precautious when it can to removing anything from my home as to not damage anything. They kept me informed of any changes or issues that may have occurred as to make sure I received the best work possible. I would reccomend this company to anyone family and friends included

This project was done so much faster than I had anticipated! We wanted a deck built with Composite Decking & railings off the back of our house and around the pool and I cant wait to enjoy it for the second summer! Thanks Hope CB!!
