The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. Total elapsed time from arrival to my heat being on was less than 30 minutes. There was a clogged line in the heater, which Jason just cleared out and got it working. "Guy and his team, including foreman Al Hayes, were extremely good, the best contractor we have ever worked with. They came immediately, did an excellent job in a very complex cleaning job of a sewer backup in a basement filled with stuff. They did so efficiently, with complete consideration for us and for helping us sort what to keep and not. They removed truckloads of stuff. They left us with a remarkably clean basement with no residue from the back-up and fully sanitized. Their whole crew was courteous, pleasant, respectful and very careful of all our things. Guy was always part of the process and always immediately responsive to calls and questions. He went above and beyond, taking time to advise us on a variety of house issues, which was very helpful. They later came back and cleaned the attic, which had been filled with black dust from a roof installation, again as well as before. Al also repaired some tile work for us in his spare time at a very reasonable price. I believe the pricing for all of this was quite reasonable for the very fine work performed. I cannot recommend them more highly."

"We just moved to New York and Long Island less than a month ago. We have never had a cesspool before and didn't know what to expect. A few days ago, we noticed brown water coming through a wall in our basement. Not knowing what to, we called a plumber. The plumber recommended this "Mom & Pop" company and thank God he did! Robin came out the next day and gave us the news. Turns out, we have 3 cesspools, one that was old and sealed up and the other 2 were not in bad shape (one looks like it's new but they were not emptied in many many many years). What was in bad shape was the pipes going to the pools (they were literally deteriorating) . Another problem was a pipe in the house was not "capped off" rather then "scrunched closed" so literally sewage was being spilled throughout insulation of the house. All this being said, we had no idea how much this would cost us. Robin replaced all the pipes, emptied pools and even removed the insulation and clean the walls. All of this for a very reasonable price. Robin is meticulous with his work. He assured us everything will be good as new. He and his co-worker completed the job in 1 1/2 days. With no knowledge of cesspools, someone could have easily taken advantage of us and I am so happy his company was recommended. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using him in the future when it comes time to empty the pools again. One thing we did learn, anyone that owns a cesspool, use Scott's toilet paper only. No Charmin or quilted Northern. Thank you Robin for excellent work and most importantly, peace of mind!"
