Jones Services is now a NO CONTACT service company. Our plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians are running NO CONTACT service calls. We literally stand in different rooms than our customers, emailing or reading out loud our findings. No handshakes, no paperwork, not even allowing customers to touch iPads. Our technicians wear disinfected gloves, use disinfected tools and whip down anything their gloves and tools touch after servicing equipment. We practice NO CONTACT at work now too. Technicians are not allowed in the office, equipment and parts are delivered to their trucks in the parking lot. Only one employee per vehicle. All company meetings are conducted via Zoom. Most office personal are working from home. Those in the office work apart from each other. No one wants to be quarantined with their toilets backing up, without water or electricity or heat or hot water and now without air conditioning or air filtration or air purification. We are doing everything we can to help all our employees stay health to protect ourselves and our customers.

They are full of lies, they do NOT back up their product like they say they do, they commit code violations, their workers are NOT all trained and experienced as they claim on the website, and while we were dealing with a flooded basement (TWICE!) due to DAN ROHDES mistake, all he could do was tell his assistant to tell us he was busy and could not call us for at least 2 weeks. To this day, no phone call, he would rather ignore us. WOW. Great customer service. Buyer beware! He also sized our house improperly for a mini-split system leading to overloaded units that cant keep up. We were even told by his own worker that we can't run all of our units at the same time, because the condenser can't handle it. If you want floods in your house, then Dan is your man."

Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"When something breaks that you have no experience with, you're doing more than just looking for someone that will fix it. You're putting your faith into someone to do the job and at the same time not take you for a ride for all you're worth. Mark was that professional for us when our water heater went. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and his rates were very reasonable compared to others. It was a pretty extensive job. Mark ended up installing a combination water heater and boiler unit to replace the broken system and our ancient boiler. He left our basement better than when he started. We definitely recommend him and will be returning to him for future projects. "
