"EXCELLENT on ALL accounts. Very professional. Super happy. Highly recommend them. I was looking for an electrician in Albany to install a ceiling fan as a gift to my daughter who had moved there. Excel Electrical Systems will be her go to for any future electrical work. Excellent communication upfront (by Silas Mieses) and day of service, excellent (and best) price quote, service available on weekend. Can't praise them enough- they gave an all inclusive quote. All 3 other electricians required a week day in-home estimate visit and were at a minimum twice as expensive. Mind boggling. Thank you Excel Electrical- you are a real find."

We participate in local charities and offer seasonal discounts to those that participate in said charities.

"The communication was terrible, a job that should have taken a week took 3 weeks some days no one showed up. The job wasn't completed because I got fed up with time and lack on consistency. The work was subpar and not done properly missing j channels- gaps in wrap install. Going to cost me more to fix/complete the work. I do not recommend."

"Mr. Warner was hired and a contract signed. A deposit was provided for the work to start and subsequently Mr. Warner has 'emergencies' in another state that lasted for months. When he did answer the phone, there was always a 'bad connection.' As has happened to other customers, he said he would return our money but has not done so. My recommendation is NOT to enter into a business relationship with this man - he has been dishonest and has not been truthful. We are out thousands of dollars."
