He installed a new vanity and bathroom light/fan, which were a challenge. Do to the age of the home and previous DIY work, he was thrown a few curveballs, but always came up with a new game plan and completed the work without issue. "I’d met Dan previously to get an estimate for exhaust fan installation into a second floor bathroom. He explained my options and I scheduled the appointment. In the interval I decided to have a similar fan installed into an additional bathroom. We talked once on the phone and on the morning of the appointment we discussed what was needed. By the end of the day I had two fans, updated switches and an additional electrical outlet installed. Constant professionalism and no slacking off!! Special note goes out to Zach who performed a lot of the work on the ladder, the ventilation work for the exhaust vents on the outside of the house, and who also noted the importance of a ground wire/screw in the base of the second floor unit!! "A young man came to put up the fan.  He had to leave and drive to home depot to buy a box. Then he came back and put the fan up.  He charged me $118 for the box because he went to home depot to get it.  The over the phone estimate was $95 and I ended up paying $260. Additional cost for high ceiling acceptable to me.  But I thought $118 for the box was a ripoff. The young associate did not understand the charges that his boss told him to make and was going to charge me $370 . I refused to pay that without talking to the boss.  The boss never let me talk to him but figured out the young man had mistakenly overcharged me.It was a disaster.I paid the $260 and wasn't too happy about it."
