"Representatives from Halter Plumbing responded to my original request for an appointment within 15 minutes and Mr. Halter arrived on time and was prepared to analyze the problem quickly. The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved.
