"Unfortunately I have been ghosted by the owner, Anthony, twice. I would agree with some prior reviewers when Anthony is first contacted, he calls back and shows up when agreed. However, after three service calls, it was nine weeks without any communication (call or text) regarding the work that had been discussed on the last call that needed completion. I had to reach out to him and gave him a second chance. So.... after discussing his nine weeks of ghosting and what I expected going forward, he not only ghosted me again without any communications but this time, I did not hear from him for 14 weeks, which during that time, I was without electricity in my basement and he was aware of this and had agreed to return for this job. I reached out to him again and ended his services. Of note, this is my first review and felt strongly enough to write it to help others know while deciding on his/her electrical jobs."

Everyone from the company assured us that they knew how to install the generator. They wired it without connecting to the solar panel control box. It has not powered the house since it was installed because the generator can sense the power in the batteries which are not allowed to go below 10% as not to ruin them. Hurricane solutions has refused to fix the problems they created. I spent over a year contacting them dozens of times with them about their improper installation with no results.
