Best home inspectors near Junius, NY

"Bill was very professional and helpful. He showed up early, walked through the inspection and provided tons of useful information for us. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciate the thoroughness. Report available in the same day. Would definitely recommend."

"Extremely helpful and thorough home inspection"

"I used John several times on prospective homes that I wanted to buy. He was professional, timely, and quite complete on all my home inspections. Several times he pointed out significant issues with the property, that had I purchased it, would have cost significant sums to remediate. His home inspection report is excellent, and is well organized with plenty of photographs. If I buy more properties, John will be the only inspector that I would use."

"This inspection service is very thorough. He did the inspection in a timely manner and was very professional. I would contact him again for the house I am selling."

"HouseMaster (Steve & Bob LeFrois) are hands down the best home inspectors serving in the Rochester and southern tier areas. They go over every part of the house from the roof to the foundation and explain all their findings to the home buyer and their realtor during the inspection. Steve and Bob are professionals who put buyers at ease during their inspection not only because of their many years of knowledge and experience, but because they have a great calming personality who put anxious buyers at ease during their inspection. Then provide a very detailed thirty plus page report including pictures usually by the next day. Steve always offers a follow up phone call if the buyer wants to go over any part of the report or has any follow up questions. Steve makes scheduling an inspection and payment extremely easy for a buyer. As long as they are in business, I will call them every time I need a home inspection."

"I called EverDry for a sump pump inspection and was able to get an appointment within a week. The gentleman that came was on time, professional and courteous. The tech inspected my sump pump and determined all was well and continue to inspect the rest of the work that had been done on my basement and everything remain solid. I appreciate their integrity and honesty and I would certainly recommend them."

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"Erie homes very professional from first encounter to finished project. I now have peace of mind knowing my basement is waterproof. Great job!!"

"Competitive pricing; high quality work; timely service, friendly service, and outstanding warranty all describe this work done by Professional Inspection Service. They came back multiple times until all aspects of the radon mitigation were done to my satisfaction. Recent radon readings average below 1.0, well below the recommended 2 pCi/L. I could not be happier with the work they did."

"On Time Reality Services performed an appraisal on my residential property. They were very professional, timely and helpful in my understanding of the process and explaining their reports."
