After a couple of bad experiences with appraisers who took their figures off Zillow, I told the mortgage lender to find the best or I was through. Mr. La Scala was chosen, and to my relief, he was the best. Prompt, friendly, experienced, educated, prepared, and so nice I trusted him immediately.. He was there for me after the appraisal to answer concerns I had. Thanks so much John, you were a pleasure!
