I used John several times on prospective homes that I wanted to buy. He was professional, timely, and quite complete on all my home inspections. Several times he pointed out significant issues with the property, that had I purchased it, would have cost significant sums to remediate. His home inspection report is excellent, and is well organized with plenty of photographs. If I buy more properties, John will be the only inspector that I would use.
