Schawn completed a very thorough inspection at a very competitive rate. He was willing to go above and beyond in order to help me meet a certain deadline. This made my experience even better. I appreciated the quality of his work, his friendly attitude, and the way he carried himself through the process. Although professional, he was doing more than just his job , he was providing a much needed service with great customer service.

Schawn at Bezner Home Inspection did an excellent job on both my home inpection and my pest inspection. Did both at the same time. He was thorough, professional and easy to work with. I was most impressed by his inspection report that came with pictures,detailed descriptions and was delivered very quickly as promised. Best of all, not only does he do stellar work but his prices were very fair and reasonable for the quality of work Schawn provides.

Best price, best home inspection report I have ever seen (w/pictures), and knows his stuff. Did a radon test for us too and he worked hard to get our results under a time crunch. Very glad we went with him. Found a structural fault with the home deck and saved us some serious money. Thank you Schawn!!

Very professional. He showed up when he said he would and was very easy to talk to. He explained the radon test and what steps we could take upon the findings.

Inspection was thorough and comments were well thought out and documented with photos.

I met the inspector after work and it was already dark out. I was worried that the outside part of the inspection wouldn't be as through because it was dark. when I got the actual paper work with the photos you could see every detail.

Schawn was very informative and courteous and friendly. Answered all our questiones, did not rush through inspection.

Only reason didn't give 5 star rating was the radon test results took longer than expected. Not sure that was Sean's fault tho!

Schawn made sure we understood the severity of issues and who he thought we should consult with. He also recommended solutions to issues. I really feel like he saved us from dealing with major issues. He also followed up afterwards to make sure that I knew the inspection was ready. I would definitely hire again!
