"I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

"Iâ  ve had major water issues in my basement for several years . Adirondack took care of the back( newer section) 5 years ago without further issues. Spring 2022, the front part of the basement was under 21/2 inches of water from ground water flowing (100+ year old house). I called Adirondack, explained the issue and they came right over and suggested a solution. It was very expensive but my basement had been bone dry ever since. "Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."
