The first appointment Andre called me immediately and very apologetically to let me know he would not be able to make our appointment that day due to truck trouble but assured me he would be there the next day at our appointed time. And sure enough, he arrived, with minutes to spare, to do the work. He and Mane made quick work of the stuff I needed hauled away. He question some things that may have been there accidentally and wanted to make sure that he was hauling away what was asked. Through it all he was very courteous, accommodating, and overall professional. After hauling everything away, he clear the floor. I was very grateful for that gesture.
