Great service! Crew was on time, very quick, and crew supervisor Jovoni was very professional. There was a price adjustment on the original estimate, but was reasonable and handled very professional by the crew manager Chris. Would definitely recommend and use this service again!

They did a good job, they are fast efficient, nice and we cannot asked for a better job.

Very punctual and responsive. Did as was quoted with no last minute tricks for extra monies. Always responded to emails and hone calls even though I needed to delay the first appointment. Ralph and Rob were real gentlemen about everything.

Ralph (the estimator) was a really nice guy. Then on the day, the guys came right on time. Filled up the truck in an hour. They swept up the floor after. All went off without a hitch.

If you live in the Incorporated Village of Valley Stream N.Y. look no further. I paid $625.00 for a week rental of 30yrd dumpster needed more time they extended the rental 5 days longer with no extra charge. When they picked up dumpster they left my driveway cleaner than when dropped off. Great Service, Great Drivers, Just Plain Great!!

Great !!! Ralph actually cut the price quoted when the job proved less time consuming than originally thought. A true man of his word. I fully expect to be using them again with this project.

He was very nice and very informative.  We made an appointment around 9:00 AM and actually he was there by 8:15 or 8:20,  and he was already inspecting my house.  He was very professional, and I would say he was there for like almost three hours for the inspection.  I really liked him. 

It went wonderful, highly satisfied. Went to office to pay in advance, they set an appointment and then they came.

Quickly answered the phone, dropped off container the same day and quick pickup when I was done with it. Dropped the container on wood to protect my driveway.

Everything received and picked up on time. Only complaint would be when I first called for a quote I was quoted $350. I mentioned that I was an Angie's list member and requested the $25 discount coupon, so the total quote was $325. When I called a few days later to book I was told the price was $350 and that already included the discount. I insisted that I called a few days earlier and the price with the discount was $325. They eventually gave it to me at $325 but I had to convince them.

I first sent pictures over of the items I needed to be removed. I loved the fact that I didn't have to waste my time setting up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate. I was able to get a price right away, which was awesome. There was no going back and forth again no wasting time. The guys came removed all the items and cleaned up after themselves. Great job. I would recommend this company service.

They were terrific.  Robbie is a nice guy and gave me a fair estimate on the phone.  We scheduled a date, and he called me the morning of the service to confirm arrival time. The crew showed up when scheduled, did the work efficiently and well, and the price was right in the middle of the estimate.  I consider the price well worth the service performed!
I'm very pleased and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Ralph and his team provided a dumpster for us when we were cleaning out my parents' house in Malverne, NY. (This was a very painful thing for us to do...)

Form the moment I reached Ralph on the phone, I was completely comfortable. I've never rented a dumpster before (and, I'm a woman!) and really knew nothing about it. Ralph was informative and helpful; laying out the options and the costs.

When I called Ralph back about a month later, he remembered our conversation. We agreed a price (I got $50 off with a coupon here on Angie's list) and a day and time for the delivery. On the day the delivery was scheduled, the driver was running a little bit late and I received a phone call to let me know what was going on. (Thank you.) This was quite honestly an unexpected level of caring professionalism.

When it was time for the dumpster to be picked up, Ralph was very considerate and generous in accommodating our needs and schedules.

Both drivers who delivered and picked up the dumpster were courteous and professional.

I've read some complaints here on Angie's list about a dumpster being rusty. I'm not honestly sure that I would have cared if the one brought to us was rusty, (it's a DUMPSTER) but the one we received was fully and colorfully painted and in excellent shape.

Thanks so much to Ralph and his team for making a very difficult task a bit easier.

I emailed 1866 We Junk It with a disclaimer to the effect that I am only shopping around for pricing and not looking at actually pursuing a dumpster rental at any time soon. Despite the disclaimer, at no time I got the impression that they were annoyed or I was asking too many questions and believe me, I had quite a few since I have never rented a dumpster before. Two rentals later, I can honestly say that 1866 We Junk It is my official dumpster company.
