Fast, courteous service great price

My recent experience with Alex was positive overall, despite a late arrival. He was delayed due to circumstances outside of his control (an elevator outage at another location), and he explained the situation honestly when he arrived. He apologized for the inconvenience both upon arrival and again as we were leaving, which I appreciated. What stood out to me was that he gave me his business card and said he would be glad to assist if I needed help again—I felt this was a genuine offer. While a heads-up phone call about the delay would have been helpful, Alex efforts to communicate, his professionalism, and his sincere apology made a difference. I’ll use his services again in the future.
