"After Healthy Homes did such a great job on my rental apartment, decided to see if they could help me with the cigarette smell in my car. Was sold a small handheld fog machine and some Un-Odor product. Fogged the entire interior of my vehicle, sprayed the product on all surfaces. After washing the windows with Windex and wiping everything down with a dry towel, the car was free from odor and looked and smelled clean and fresh! Fantastic Products!!!"

"Mold remediation was OK, but -- their guarantee using "Calbrite" is misleading. It only applies if humidity levels are kept below 60% humidity, which is the minimum humidity level for mold to grow. Their installation of a whole house dehumifier as a complete disaster. I'm left with an $1800 dehumidifier that doesnt work. It leaks water on the floor. They also installed blowin-in insulation, which resulted in areas of the attic which are now unusable. I was not informed that ceiling fixtures needed to be isolated from the insulation, and that cat-walks needed to be installed to have access to areas of the attic that needed maintenance, such as a/c system, etc. I do not recommend Expediant."

"This is one pest control company to stay far away from. I have been trying to collect money for damages for months and the check is always in the mail?? Fred Holt, Manager at the Winter Haven Office agreed to the damages and said they would pay for the plants, he has done nothing but blow smoke and has been an unbelievable pain in the a-- to work and communicate with. He is trying his best to NOT pay for landscape damages his company did to newly landscaped property. I will have to take other action against this company. They will not get away without paying for the damages they did. They also let this house be eaten by drywood termites for almost 20 years. My Great Aunt (98 years old) had an annual contract for all those years and the losers never found the drywood termites because they rarely, if ever inspected her home the way it was supposed to be inspected. They thought they could take advantage of an elderly woman, and they did. She trusted them to do they're job. After she passed away all the damage was discovered. There are tens of thousands of dollars in damage which two other pest control companies told us termites had been active for about 20 years in this home!! This is a horrible company, who just takes your money then leaves your largest investment, your home, to be destroyed by their incompetence and laziness. Her contract was not transferrable or I would have sued their pants off. I will not quit fighting this company for the small amount of landscaping damage they did ($112.00) it is the principle of it at this point and their unethical business tactics to and elderly woman. Terminix is not to be trusted!!"
