"This client specified after contract signing that he wanted the same bricks that were used to construct his home to be used for this project. We did not render services to this client after we were unable to locate the exact brick used on his home, per his request, within a 2.5 hour radius of his address. Closely similar alternatives were found but this client only wanted to proceed with the project using identical bricks- his full downpayment was promptly refunded."
