This spring we put in over 325' of masonry walls and the work was beautifully done. Their employees that come to our home on a weekly basis are always, neat, pleasant, well dressed, polite and very respectful of our property. The equipment they use to perform their jobs is in very good shape and well maintained. We can also rely on them for related work, such as tree trimming or removal when necessary. "Pros: The initial conversation and exchanges were great. Their quote was in line with other companies we got quotes for. They did the work efficiently and close to on-time. They filled the gaps and small cracks on the pool surface and repainted as requested. Cons: They didn't clean up after the work and after calling them several times over with promise of coming back to clean up, it never happened. Eventually we had to remove it all ourselves. The poor workmanship doesn't really show until a year later. We had a crack in the pool that grew significantly which lead to us draining the pool again for the repair. Once drained, we noticed the paint work they did started bubbling up and created very some very unsightly marks all over the pool."
