We do not charge tank rentals, minimum usage fees or delivery fees, but it is our standard policy to charge a service call for the removal of tanks and equipment. Although we have never heard of other companies waiving this charge, we feel that for your long time loyalty of over 30 years, it is only right to refund the service charge. As you know from being a long time customer of ours, we take great pride in our services. Due to the amount of work we put into each estimate to ensure our customers are getting the best quality products, we are not always able to get estimates done in a two-day timeframe. We do apologize that this was not acceptable for you. However, we are happy to hear that you were able to get the services you needed, even though it was not through us. We thank you and appreciate the long time relationship we had, and are truly saddened that we had to part ways. You should be receiving your refund in about 14 business days."
