"This job was the conversion of a covered porch to heated living space. The job was small, but technical. Vermont Foam is disappointed that [member name removed] is not satisfied with our work. Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important and we always strive to meet their hopes and expectations. 1 - Upon initial completion, a small amount of overspray was left unnoticed and uncleaned by our crews. Upon learning this, a follow-up visit was scheduled immediately to clean surfaces and, subsequently, the owner expressed satisfaction. 2 - The deck of the old porch was built close to the ground. In circumstances like this, spraying foam can be challenging. When the space between the surface and our spray gun is narrow, the foam tends to grow unevenly. Nevertheless, for Bob this was worrisome. I thoroughly inspected the job and verified that our minimum depth was installed. 3 - The owner expressed concern with an area that felt drafty. It was confirmed that this was occurring at the ledger board between the existing house and the converted porch. This detail was not part of our work scope. If I had known [member name removed] was still unsatisfied, I would have liked an opportunity to meet his expectations."
