The end result was unbelievable too. The second floor is usually so hot but after the spray foam even without AC the temperature change was drastic, and it's far less noisy as well. I was also impressed with how well they taped off the walls, floors, and electrical to cut down on the mess afterwards. I didn't have to do any cleanup at all. "Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"
