"I wanted to wait for a bad rain storm and wind to see if the job was done well, and I can say it was an excellent job. Overall, I was very happy with them. They came to fix our leaking skylights. The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. I really appreciate that they didn't give a quote and then said they need 3 weeks to show up. The replaced shingles and ice shield are holding up well, made it through the past several rain storms and really strong winds. They cleaned up and made sure no nails were around in the yard, that was great. If we decide to replace the whole main roof in the future, I would not hesitate to call them and get a new quote and let them do the job. However, I ended up selecting Jimmy for the job on Thursday based on the scope of the services he provided, fair price, and quick start time. He provided me with different options to accommodate my budget from repairs to replacement. I ended up selecting to replace the skylight due to his fair pricing and extended warranty coverage for both the skylight and his own labor. By Saturday morning, Jimmy had texted me ahead of time he was arriving at my house. Throughout the skylight replacement process, he kept me updated on his progress and asked me for final confirmation before he permanently installed the skylight to ensure I was happy with the orientation from within the house. He did the job solo within a couple of hours and even cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and any debris that fell into the house. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to roof guy."
