"The hook on my skylight broke off with the skylight in the open position. Nick came that day and although he did not have a new hook that day he closed the skylight for me (2nd floor 15-20 feet up) for no charge and said he would be back the next day to repair the closing mechanism. As it turned out, my skylight glass was actually cracked and had been for some time. nick gave me a price to repair the open/close mechanism and replace the glass. He asked for no money upfront (very unusual these days). He came the next day (arrived on time - also very unusual these days) went up on the roof, took out the old glass, put in the new glass and repaired the open/close mechanism. Within 40 minutes I had a beautiful new skylight with a 5 year warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and this company."

The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. When Steve came to install the roof he told me he could not replace the skylight flashing without replacing the skylights. I believed him.
