They repaired my flat roof with the most up to date materials to prevent further leaks. They worked diligently, appeared on time, were clean about the work and courteous. Prices for the job were comparable if not less than others in the area. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We hired Mike and his company to lay down a new roof and new skylights for us. Mike was helpful from the start by comparing products and what would work best for us. When the job started, his guys were there early in the morning and worked all day. The guys were super nice and respectful. They were immaculate in cleaning up. The roof and skylights all came out better than our expectations.

We had a GREAT experience with Michael and his team. We hired them to fully prime, paint and repair the exterior of our house, replace gutters and a small amount of roof repair. All of the work was done very well with excellent attention to detail. The team showed up on time every morning, worked all day, answered any questions we had. Pricing was very fair and all of the work exceeded our expectations. Michael and the team were easy to work with and all suggestions Michael made about the job were incredibly helpful. Mike and his crew were highly professional. Our neighbors, who could see them work on our the roof from their window all week, commented each day how hard they worked and methodical and organized they were. They never left the job after starting it and worked from early until late, completing a complicated project in one week. Before the work, the roof had some leaks. Its been six months since the work and there has not been an issue of any kind, despite some nasty storms.
This contractor is not cheap. You can find less expensive people to do your work. But you will not find higher quality, faster completion or better results.
While the project on the East Hampton house was ongoing, we had a leak in the roof of our Brooklyn brownstone. Mike personally drove in to Brooklyn, removed the decking where the issues was, repaired the leak as well as some other developing issues, and replaced the decking--all in one afternoon and at no extra charge.
If you can afford these guys, use them. there's no one better.

Overall it all went well.

He took NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS we filed a POLICE REPORT and had to hire someone else to finish the job. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR for anything

It was more expensive than expected. I think it was because he wouldn’t know what he was going to find when he pulled the shingles off. He was very professional. I would recommend them.

He was very nice and talked to my husband and we are in the process of making a decision.

I was satisfied with the work that they did. I called them and they responded. They were fine.

He was not the cause of this leak. He has found a number of other problems that he has fixed. He determined that there were two different locations of the leak that I was unaware o . Since I started with him back in April, he has been very professional, responsive, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He travels over an hour to see me.

He was up front about the costs. He was on time all of the time. He was friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended him to other people. I felt the price was fair for the job he did.
