The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. When Steve came to install the roof he told me he could not replace the skylight flashing without replacing the skylights. I believed him. I asked Tony to send me a statement in writing confirming that the skylight flashing could not be replaced without replacing the skylights as well. After three calls, he provided that letter today."
