The equipment is all truck mounted so he didn't have to bring anything inside besides a few basic tools, so the place was left clean. Much appreciated! I spoke with Howard over the phone to set up the service and he was very nice and didn't push me to anything I didn't want or need, but explained all the services they can do. "Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."
