When I asked questions he was very patient and explained everything so I understood. I was impressed with his work posted on his IG and asked him to put a few diff samples down to see how it would look in person before I committed to a color. His time estimate for the project was on target. He communicated with us during each day of the project. At the end he explained how to maintain/clean the floors.
