They lack the necessary skill and diligence. make matters worse, they demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, causing delays of over six months. Their work failed plumbing, electrical, and alarm system inspections, and there are more than three serious building code violations. I need to terminate this company and hire another to rectify their mistakes. In the end, they placed a mechanic's lien on my property and claimed the full contract amount."
