"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

The project was painting the kitchen walls and ceiling, but it included fixing both the walls and the ceiling and take care of numerous nail pops and some water stains resulting from a water leak upstairs. They also stained the wooden sills and painting the radiators. They were extremely meticulous in both painting and also cleaning at the end of each day. They promised to finish the job in 4 consecutive days and they did just that. They truly exceeded my expectations. Reasonable price for the effort involved and their professional workmanship! I very seldom give such high praise, but I respect hard work!"
