Led and his man hammered every nail flush, sanded the entire 500 sq/ft deck and then power washed it to remove all of the "dust" from the sanding. I called John and he determined that the new roof was installed improperly. He needed to redo 3 sections of the roof. The roof is now watertight. John also did some carpentry work for me.
