We have heavy wooden solid double doors which would not close properly. I had a locksmith, the security company and the original carpenters come to try to fix them. They all gave us a song and dance about the cold, the wood expanding, blah, blah, blah. He looked at the door and said, give me twenty minutes." In that twenty minutes he did what a multimillion dollar company, a locking expert and the original carpenter could not do. We had a kitchen cabinet drawer that broke a piece off and front was hanging off. With a bit of ingenuity he fixed it so we would not have to purchase a new one. "We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."
