Due to the urgent nature of the situation, Steve was able to fit me into his busy schedule and sent handyman Joe within 2 days after I first reached out to his company. The entire job was completed in 3 hours with a side trip to Home Depot to gather materials. Even though tackling a mice infestation is not what this company usually does, they were able to accommodate me and exceeded my expectations!
